Initially the sales representative they sent miss-measured the door, which delayed our door a couple weeks due to having to remeasure and adapt with a new door plan. That should have been our first red flag. Weeks later upon installation, the reinforcement lock continued to pop up over and over. I immediately contacted the company to let them know, and they assured me the installers would come back out. That was on 8/25. I reached out on 9/2 and again at 9/23 in which I was ghosted. My husband then emailed and did not receive a response, but I then received a text message from Nicole setting up an appointment to fix it on 10/10 @11AM. My husband adjusted work schedule to be home for this?and THEY DIDN?T SHOW. We called and received voicemail and Nicole once again ghosted our texts.
