"Excellent from sale to install. This team made our choice easy, it just felt right. No pressure sales, but they talked to us, not at us and explained things very clearly. "We replaced 7 windows and a patio door. Drew answered all our questions and helped us pick our options. The price and quality beat the other companies we talked to. Due to COVID the manufacturer took 5 months to finish the windows, but that’s no one’s fault. The installers were great and even took our blinds down and rehung them for us. The only negative was that they gouged some wood trim around the patio door. All in all we love the windows and door - they’re attractive and work really well. If we ever replace our four remaining windows we’ll definitely call Window Universe."

"I love sitting outside on my patio, but in the summertime it gets very hot. I was constantly moving my chair in order to get in the shade. I wanted some sort of covering to make my patio more enjoyable. I researched my options and decided on a retractable awning. Randy was my sales rep. He was very helpful in explaining my options. Ordered awning in July, 2021. Long delay in getting it installed. Had to get approval with my HOA, then awning had to be ordered, then winter came.... Anyway, awning was installed in March, 2022. Gary and Mitch were the installers. Installation went very smoothly. Awning looks great. The only 'con' was the cost. It was very, very expensive. More than I intended to spend. There are other awnings out there, the ones you see advertised on TV. I am certain that I got a top notch product. I believe you get what you pay for. And I will now be able to comfortably use my patio."
