"Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."

"They were absolutely fabulous and the most knowledgeable stone contractor I dealt with and there were 5 all together! They were completely professional and even when things took longer than they anticipated they did not charge me any more. I LOVE this company and will never use anyone else again! We had problems with 4 other stone contractors before they came in. They fixed all of my problems and were absolutely charming to deal with. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"

After a quick explanation of the situation (3 yr. old w/1st stomach flu), I was assured that it would be cleaned/deodorized completely, satisfaction guaranteed. "Kairos is owned and run by women which we appreciated when we worked with them as two women.  They were punctual, and communicative, and also just great people that I was happy and comfortable with having in my home.  All of the staff are experts in many skills, and they have extended experts- i.e. a journeyman electrician- on staff to help/consult if they run in to anything hairy at your hours- ours is old, and of course this happened.  They also educated me so that in the future I could do a lot of these jobs myself, or even related jobs based on the same skills.  When we ran in to things, I never felt like they were short cutting, or anything that would compromise the quality of the work, and rather that they were going out of their way to make sure that the work was done in a way that they would want done in their own homes.  I'd definitely use them again, and I know it'd be a great job, with some great women. <br />"
