"I called Countryside plumbing, they scheduled a repair call for the following day.  I was given a three hour window to expect the repair person.  Paul showed up on time and with all the tools/parts needed and made the repair.
I was very pleased with Paul's work.  He wasted no time, was considerate of the home owners property (no scratches, tracked in dirt, etc.), cleaned up after himself, and billed a fair amount for the work done. 
No complaints, and based on my experience, I would definitely recommend him to others.

I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"although the fix was not covered by insurance, I did learn how to clean out the drain line myself and how to avoid future issues such as this. the person who was sent out was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was."

• It took four visits, each one several days apart, to have the problem repaired. The condensate pump on the A/C unit was bad, and that was replaced free of charge. But the problem turned out to be a clog in the line which was causing the condensate pump to be overworked. The drainage line had to be replaced, and this was also covered. However, the warranty company did not cover the access for the line, which required the repair company to drill two small squares into my newly painted sheetrock at a cost of $240 to me.

"We had the old unit replaced, they had accidently undersized the unit on our estimate, and upgraded us to a larger unit for free. Excellent service, although the price was high. Our unit was located on the roof and they were able to carry it to the top without renting a crane. They also took care of the old unit.

Because they had to upgrade the unit the process was delayed one week.
