"I am terrible with names, but the sales guy came out and looked around the house, and gave us a rough estimate of under $20k to install vinyl siding, cover the trim with aluminum, retrim the windows, and install new gutters and downspouts. We told him we were interested in doing the project so he measured everything and provided us with a quote well under what he had originally estimated. He was able to help us finance most of the project. We picked out the colors of the siding and trim. He had several samples of the materials. He told us they may be able to squeeze us in in October but it may not be until December before they could get to us. They called us on a Thursday and told us to be ready for them on Monday. It took them 7 work days to finish the job. Half a day was lost to rain. We gave them a code to get into the garage to work. The house looks amazing. They even left us a sample of each material they used for color matching paint and such and 2 tubes of the caulk they used. I would definately hire them again."

"Bert returned my phone call within 1/2 hour of calling him for a bid.  Scheduled an appointment to give me a bid and showed up when he said he would.  Was very impressed with the price.  Let me purchase my own paint so I knew I was getting a fair price.  Got me on his schedule within 2 weeks.  Showed up exactly when he said.  Was only supposed to paint the walls but the trim bothered him because it had yellowed and some nails had popped.  He offered to bring some paint he had and do the trim also.  Not only did he paint the trim but also caulked where there were nail holes or gaps between wall and trim.  Saved me a great amount of time since I had planned on painting the trim myself.  Charged me no extra for this service.   Very friendly, trust-worthy and timely.  Got the job done in less than two days and I have no complaints.  Would highly recommend him!! <br />"

"I needed a new roof so I called lake state roofing. They showed up and gave me a fair estimate. We discussed a time schedule and when they would be available to do the work. They showed up on the date we discussed, removed the old shingles showed me what rotten wood had to be replaced and explained to me how they were going to repair it. They came in one day did all the work that had to be done and finished the job the next day. It was unbelievable how neat my yard was when they were finished. It looked better than it did before they started. All they employees were very professional and polite and very hard working. I recommend this company to anyone that wants a new roof installed professionally and promptly. <br />"

".They did contact us again to resolve this matter and to give us an apology for the way our install was handled and they did install 2 more windows in the front of our house at their cost. This time there was no problem with this install. The man who did the install did a very good job and he also fixed the problem with the doors leaking air around them, apparently the last installer did not insulate around the doors so they had to be pulled out  and re-set again. I am sorry it took a bad review to get things resolved but in future companies need to hire good people to do good work.We are very happy with the last installer and the work he performed for us."
