I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

The quality of the windows we purchased seems great but I'll have to update later on whether or not they live up to my expectations which my wife says are unreasonable most of the time."

"Roof Genie inspected our roof and determined that we had significant hail damage. They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping. "Hargrove's did a good job of removing and replacing the roofing on my home. They arrived at the scheduled time and were completed in 2 days. They were not as organized at the start as I would have liked, ie not enough tarps to protect Heating and Air units and to control trash, but were efficient and steady so the work went well.  Overall, I was satisfied with the job and would use Hargrove's again for any home improvements. The crew was pleasant to deal with and worked hard to make the job go smooth. <br />"

"My representative, Amber, had a great knowledge of her product and design skills. She listened carefully to my needs and then sat down and designed a closet that we could both review before she left the house. No storefront trips were needed, although that option was offered. The installers arrived promptly, were professional and cleaned up and vacuumed before they left the house. All I had to do was start filling my beautiful new custom closet. A great experience and i will definitely use them in the future when the need arises."
