"The company arrived on time and he did a thorough completion of the job. The treatment did not kill all the termites and they returned. I contacted the company on 04/24/14 and I re-contacted the owner Mike. He was extremely polite and attentive. He scheduled me immediately for re-treatment of my home. "Chris was very responsive and thorough. WE had to coordinate with Chris when we found termites during a mold remediation project. Chris was very quick to respond to provide initial service and then treated the entire house after that. He is very good at communicating and keeping in touch and shows up when he says he will. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I plan to continue to use Blue Valley Pest control for ongoing annual treatments to maintain the warranty."
