"I called Atlantic Radon to see if they could replace a radon fan. Tommy called me back immediately. He sent Zack out on Monday to see what the problem was. On Tuesday Tommy and Zack came out to move and replace the old radon fan from the basement to the attic. Once they removed the fan, they discovered my sump pump needed to be replaced too. Tommy explained the process for both issues. They did not have a sump pump on the truck so they completed the job with the radon fan and scheduled another date for the sump pump. Tommy and Zack were professional, polite, arrived on time and answered all of my questions. I scheduled the sump pump repair and all went well. Now I have piece of mind knowing I am in a safe home.
