"They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."

We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. "We had a very difficult faucet to replace in a 60+ year old house and knew we couldn't do it ourselves.  I sent James pictures of the bathtub fixture and plumbing to assess the cost.  He provided a reasonable estimate and showed up on time.  I think the job ended up being much more difficult than expected, due to the age of the house and old fixture.  In spite of it taking 3 hours, with lots of minor complications, he honored the estimate and was very professional.  We will definitely hire him to do future work.
