"I initially bought a Deal for a furnaces inspection and then requested that they look at our second furnace that we were having issues with. The inspection was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The guys looked at the second furnace and determined what the problem was. They explained what needed to be done, what part needed to be ordered and gave me a reasonable quote for the job. They returned a couple of days later to fit the new part however while doing this they discovered a second piece that needed replacing. This was late Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving. The picked up the new part and came on Friday to fit the part for me. I was not charged for any exuberant fee for coming out on a holiday. Both guys were very friendly and professional. I recommend them without hesitation, and will certainly use them again in the future for any plumbing or heating/cooling issues.
