"What a pleasant company to deal with when you need appliance repair! Great communication, personable and professional techs, and impressive care for your property. The tech today visited because the first call determined a new part was needed. Andrew came both times, and today was accompanied by Jeremy. They put on protective shoe covers before entering the house, placed a skid mat under the slide-in range before moving it, and placed another mat on my floors to hold various parts. Repairs were quickly made and perhaps best of all, my kitchen was put back together before they left (unfortunately this has not been my experience with other companies).
