"Two fellows arrived on time and were very friendly and professional.  Problem with this service is their tile cleaning tool was huge and comparable to the big tools they use to clean floors in public schools.  The result was less than desirable because this large tool would clean tile grout in center of the room but was not able to get in corners and under cabinets so the result still feels very unfinished and really is more noticeable now that the grout is dirty because center of room is clean and edges that the tool couldn't reach are still dirty and obvious.  There has to be a service that has a better tool that can get to the edges and under cabinets and corners.  I purchased this for a family member and would have been happier with less square footage completely finished than a result that remains unfinished.

"Serviceman was on time, pleasant, worked alone, did a good job.  Carpet looked good for about a month, stains returned in same place. He said he would come back and re-do cleaning if needed, but I decided to do my self. Overall satisfied for price paid.

We had 3 bids all through Angie's List, one of the companies Granite Outlet II that  we had used before. The other two bids were from Solid Stone Fab. and KAT Fab

Most of the bids were similar, except all of the companies provided different prices for removal, sink cutout, plumbing for rehook-up of sink, and rehooking up stove top.

Granite Outlet II had a plumber in-house. Solid Stone had a recommendation for a plumber and KAT didn't provide a recommendation.

We kept our backslash and KAT was the only company that had an issue with cutting it down if needed. And it was cut to allow for the quartz.

We chose Solid Stone Fabricators because we trusted Claudia to do a good job for us. She was very attuned to our needs and anytime we asked her a question if she didn't already know it she got right back with us. She took good notes and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We went to see the where the countertops were fabricated at Solid Stone and we also went to Cambria Quartz in Carrollton and looked at the Quartz we wanted and received large samples there.

They came out and measured and showed up on time, then we scheduled for the install.

The installers showed up at their scheduled time and finished in less then 5 hours. The next morning the plumber came and hooked the sink and stove back up.

Claudia came out a few days later and bought us our extra quartz. its VERY heavy but we wanted to keep it and they also made us a cutting board.

"Thanna worked very well with our schedule when making the appointment. We also only have one tub in the house and it was a two day job for which Thanna worked it out so we could still use the shower at least once each day.
Our tub was a hot mess with about a 1/4 of the old glaze flaked off. She came in and made it look like new! 
She was very nice, professional,and gave good tips on keeping the tub looking like new as well as a few other tips when I asked about cleaning grout and replacing some that was missing.
