"Carlos and his team were fast, efficient, and did a stellar job on our turf install! The project came with some challenges for us. It is a small yard (18'x7') and difficult to access. Some companies flat out refused the job. We received 4 estimates that ranged from $4200 to over $7000. JS Landscaping was the $4200 one. This gave me pause as I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I asked Carlos about this and he explained most companies have a minimum amount they will charge for any landscaping job, no matter how small and regardless of the work involved. He was right. Thinking back I realized that all the companies I spoke with asked how big my yard was and immediately told me about their $5000 minimum. Incidentally, they all far surpassed the minimum, citing "difficulty of access". Well, I hired JS Landscaping and Carlos and his team cut down the wild brush that was blocking the alley to access my yard in 10-15 minutes maybe. Not so difficult after all. The job itself took little more than half a day total. I watched intermittently, and it was clear they were focused on the quality of execution. I ended up saving $1000+ because Carlos has that seemingly rare quality of integrity. I highly recommend JS Landscaping both for the quality of their work and for the quality of their character."

"Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. Mount Olive turned a muddy mess into a perfectly draining area! We are happy to recommend them for your landscape needs and are very pleased with their work. "These guys are amazing! We highly recommend them. In January 2021 we hired Seattle Rockery to construct a retaining wall to drain our yard and as a landscaping accent. I have waited until June to review them because I wanted to make sure that the problem of standing water in the the crawlspace that we noticed in June 2020 had been resolved. It worked better than we had hoped. Seattle Rockery built the wall as expected, they incorporated drainage to the curb to direct water off the property, and connected our downspouts the the drainage as well. When they were done with the original project we liked them so much that we asked for additional work that nearly doubled the project. After a little bit of negotiating with other vendors and clients the were able to stay for and complete the extra work. Seattle Rockery are easy to work with and do excellent work. We cannot recommend them highly enough and if we ever need a wall built again these are the guys that we're going to call."
