"Racist company! I manage rental properties in downtown Allentown. I do most of my service work myself. However, I had to travel away on business and one of my properties developed a water leak. A water leak is something that needs to be addressed right away. I called Maitz and scheduled an appointment. Because the technician could not get there until later in the afternoon he did not arrive until 4:00 PM. The technician had to park about a block away and because there were people outside playing music, he was afraid for his safety. He claims they were doing drugs. I know the neighborhood that was not the case. He refused to do the work and his company backed him up. This was a situation where a white technician was afraid of people of color for no reason. RACIST!"
