"Art himself answered the phone the first time I called and quickly scheduled a visit, making the trip in the aftermath of a serious snow storm. He quickly alleviated our fears. Told us we were doing a great job removing the mold we found on our exposed basement ceiling and that what we feared was mold on the insulation in our finished walls (the reason we called) was just soot from an improperly installed pellet stove (which we thankfully have not run since buying the house).
