"We had our tankless water heater drained - annual maintenance. They show up when they say they will and do it right the first time. In the past we've had issues with AC's, plumbing and more. Evey time they've exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend them for any heating, AC or plumbing. We've used them for well over 20 years and wouldn't want anyone else. They are the best."

"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."
Using the sewer camera to inspect the inside of a customer's drains

Hydro jet uses water at 4,000psi to clean the inside of the mainline drain which connects all the home's drains to the city's sewer system.
Using a snake we can go through the cleanouts on the side of the house.
With the cleanouts snaked, and the blockage located, we can send the hydro jet through the sewer vent and flush out the blocked drain.

"My AC's secondary drain was leaking due to a clogged primary line. Daryle from Cool Air quickly identified the issue and cleared the clog under the master bathroom sink — about a gallon of water came out instantly. The final charge was a bit more than quoted, but Daryle was honest, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell anything. After bad experiences with Service Champions — who I believe sabotaged my system — working with Cool Air was a relief. Vadim, the owner, was also great to talk to. I’ll be using them again."

"***DISHONEST COMPANY*** No written or verbal estimate provided for cost of repair. They refused to apply the $79 diagnostic fee towards the repair as they stated they would. First technician tried to lie and state that the heat exchanger was cracked to make us replace the entire system when it only ended up being a doubled HVAC filter placed by tenant. $378 total paid for labor and to install a $6.37 MERV 8 HVAC filter. Then numerous wasted phone calls just to get the final invoices. Management will NOT return calls to address any concerns for the consumer so any response saying to contact their office is just another lie."
