I shared pictures and was also informed of my underlying issues with premature water heater failures tied to my water softening which I can now solve with my knowledge. Service was impeccable arriving at 7 am as promised and done by I think 810 am. Price was more than fair and what was discussed and installed with a Rheem Professional Unit and install was flawless. He did a great job repairing my watering system leak and also fixed my inoperable shut off valve. I also asked him to look at my hot water heater to determine why it wasn't heating effectively, and he easily spotted and fixed the problem.
