Monday morning Val called me and assured me she would find someone in my area and send them over. She called me back to let me know someone was on the way in 15-20 min and then again to let me know they were there. The technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 20 min. The customer service was out of this world and something you don't see too often anymore. I would definitely recommend this business and, in fact, already have. Rhe other 2 companies I called? Still haven't heard back from them! Thank you so much!"

After 4 weeks of a story about how their license name change was being held up, I called the building department and then they finally had a licensed plumber come out, have some changes made and obtained the permit. Aire Serv did great quality work on repairing, crafting and installing improved ducting for our central air system. Our A/C is working better than it ever has at quickly cooling/heating our house. Unfortunately it was a nightmare trying to arrange a date and time for the maintenance. I have to schedule time off in advance in order to be home during the day, but every time they tried to schedule the installation it was very short notice, and through email which they did not respond to for usually a few days. It took about 5 emails and a few phone calls, and they were only able to schedule the install when I told them I was going to go with another company. Again, if you want great quality work and are willing to wait for the maintenance for almost 2 months, then go with Aire Serv."
