Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in El-dorado, CA

"Platinum plumbing was very flexible, specific about requirements and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a standard water heater installed in place of a solar water heater."

"Professional service very knowledgeable installers"

"Of the five businesses I contacted for estimates, I thought the Bonney installer gave me the most honest up-front estimate (although it was also the highest estimate). Some of the businesses would only give me over-the-phone low-ball estimates that were obviously just for the water heater itself, neglecting to mention the extra components that would be needed such as valves, strappings, expansion tank, and an electrical disconnect box, all required for the City permit. And only a couple of businesses, even one who came to the house, bothered to mention the required City permit. The Bonney installer showed up on time with all the required equipment. He removed the old tank and components, prepped the area for the new components, and completed the installation in about five hours. He also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. It passed the City inspection. And I also think I got a better quality water heater brand which isn't available online or at discount big-box stores."

"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. By the other positive reviews you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and it was a real pleasure doing business with you."

"This company was very professional. Once they arrived the installation went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the result. We love the system that Don recommended. It did not disappoint. This company was available and truly helpful with any questions we had about our new system. The maintenance service they provide is on time and very efficient. One thing that was a standout for me was I did not know they had even been on my property. I have had other companies not clean up after themselves which was not the case with 2 plumbs up. I highly recommend this company."

"Matt did an excellent work and I am very happy! It’s been at least two weeks and no issue from my water heater - no leaks. He was very responsive and he cleaned his work. It is not easy to find someone who can do both in replacing the damaged walls and installing the water heater. I hesitated at first how much he was charging for it was very affordable. It wasn’t a scam and he did an excellent work."

"Unfortunately, drain would not work despite various methods employed by Hufts technician. Hufts was fair enough not to charge me for the visit. Guess its time for a new water heater."
