"The entire project from start to finish was fantastic. Within minutes of requesting a quote I received a text with a time they could be at the house. Rodney called to ask some questions, gave me an estimated price and time. Rodney was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rolando arrived a little early which was great. He figured out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was within the range mentioned and started working. It took an hour to complete. Rolando went over what was done and why. I was extremely impressed with Rolando, he was courteous, informative and did a great job installing the water heater and bringing everything up to code. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Better Water Heaters again."

"I have used FDL plumbing three times For a major bathroom job New tankless water heaters And a water leak"

"Jesus repaired the leaking water pipes behind the shower valve. It was Sunday, but his response was quick and he showed up on time. I think he is the best honest plumber I ever met. He did a great job with reasonable price."

"Arrived on time, told me there were three possibilities for the source of the leak, gave me quotes for the different options, and said that he would start with the inexpensive option and if that didn't work we'd progress. The first thing he tried worked, and the price was fair. He reminded me, as he left, that the work was warrantied for 30 days and to call him if there was any subsequent recurrence. Very competent, friendly, professional."

"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. In a world where so many service professionals overpromise and underdeliver, Pedro Galvan delivers exactly what he promises—and does so with warmth, integrity, and a deep respect for his clients.
