The office called again to say the service rep would arrive within 30 minutes. Jim arrived and properly identified himself. He was very professional and showed me that the drain was not clogged . "Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. "I called on Tuesday for water leak in my front courtyard. I got a call that evening and they were very responsive and concerned. they were going to send someone that evening I told her next day would be fine. Kevin arrive early morning to check out the leak it was a bursted landscaping water line. was relived it wasn't the main water line. he stated they don't usually repair these water lines but the ask if there was hardware store where he could get the parts he needed. the pipe was replaced and problem fixed. Kevin was excellent knew what needed to be done even though it was out of the norm. I will definitely call ready for any plumbing issues."

"WOW!!!!! Not only were they punctual, customer service went the extra mile with notification. I received a call an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask if it was OK for the tech to come early, then they sent a message letting me know the technician was enroute with a photo of the tech. Timothy Revilla was very thorough and HONEST! It turned out that the position of the drain due to the house shifting is the cause of my slow draining shower. He found no obstruction in the drain/pipe, so there was nothing He needed to do. His honesty is highly commended and appreciated. He could’ve ran a snake, did other unneeded service and charged me. "Just wrapping up a kitchen remodel and Al came out to finish up the plumbing on the sink. Initially it looked like there would be a problem as the drain was too high which would have resulted in tearing out parts of my new cabinets. Al was able to use the clean out as the new drain line and the old drain line became the new clean out. Problem solved and my cabinets did not have to be mangled. They came out the same day which got us back up and running after 3 months with no kitchen sink! Would and will hire them again!"
