"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "I thought this company did a good job. They put in the furnace and it seems to work. The problem is they never got a permit for the work. Then they never got the inspection from the city. Both the permit and the inspection were part of the contract. I do not know anything about furnaces or furnace installation. Without the inspection, I do not know if the furnace was installed correctly. Is it sending carbon monoxide into our house? I must have called them 100 times in the last year to get the permit and inspection. they simply refuse. I have sent a complaint to the contractor state license board, I do not recommend this contractor."

"We used RighTime Home Services for our new thermostat installation and they were great from start to finish. We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. The Main office was so polite when we called and stated they could have someone out on the same day which was great. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it. Trevor was fantastic!!! We could not have asked for a better technician. He was so informative and explained everything and the price was fair for today's market. Trevor walk us through the installation and made sure that our air and heat worked before he left. It's hard to find great service and we are so pleased to have worked with RighTime Home Services and will be using them again in the near future."

"I put out a request late Saturday afternoon for a quote on a repair for my AC unit. At about 4:30 I got a call from Joel at Just Be Cool . He said he could be over to take a look around 5:30-6:00. He arrived shortly after 5:00 and quickly discovered the problem. He said he could fix it now, and so we went ahead with the repair.
