He tries to picture how you will actually live in your house and make the renovations work to help achieve the potential of your home for your purposes. "All went precisely as planned. We were given a start date, a finish date and all hours that were to be involved. The work team arrived on time, ready for work and were very capable and pleasant. The project involved removal and disposal of an old, concrete patio and walkway and the replacement of same, but in beautiful Pennsylvania Blue Stone. Juan and his crew adapted to some changes we made “on the fly” and contributed their expertise to solving any problems, of which there were few. The only negative was, perhaps, the price but I’ve learned over the years that you get what you pay for. In this case it was well worth the small additional cost. HIghly recommended. (Total sq.
