"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"I had J. Blanton come to my home for a main sewer line clear, and I am very satisfied with the service. We were dealing with slow drains and a backup in the basement, so I was worried it was going to turn into a huge and expensive issue. The tech arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything before starting. After clearing the main line, they performed a free sewer camera inspection, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind being able to actually see the condition of the pipe and confirm there were no cracks or major root intrusions causing long-term problems.
