"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Ryan did an excellent job repairing our tub leak, so I hired him again to come out and replace a water heater and faucet. Once again he did a great job and even gave me a discount on the faucet replacement. While replacing the faucet, Ryan found that the ptrap had corroded. He took upon himself to run to Home Depot to obtain a new one, and did not charge me for it or the additional work. The water heater was a difficult replacement due to limited space, but Ryan got it done in a timely manner.
