Choosing a window and installer was a nerve-wracking process since the people from the three companies who previously quoted left me wondering if anyone understood the window installation industry. But when Jon came out he immediately answered all my questions, explained the entire window removal and installation process, arranged for the certificate of insurance and the village permit. My windows arrived earlier than anticipated which was great and Mark called me to set up an installation time. I was extremely impressed with how efficiently Juan and Juan coordinated the work between themselves, graciously answered many questions I asked, and completed the job and cleaned everything beautifully way sooner than I anticipated. They came to my house and consulted with me on type of window covering that best suited my needs as well as pattern/color that best matched my decor. It was very helpful to see a sample of the exact window covering in my room to better judge how well it matched as well as to gauge the light filtering/blocking affect.
