At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. "So I've just sold my home in Lakewood and the Technicians at Time have come to repair a furnace motor and correct an code violation in my electrical panel that the city missed when I stalled 4 years ago. Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. "Had maintenance contract with Absolute to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing twice a year. On recent maintenance visit A/C condensation line was found to be clogged due to "dirt getting into the system from lack of filter maintenance". Cost $329 to clean line which was not covered under contract (and seems a bit excessive!!). Was told filter replacement was not covered in maintenance contract. Seems to me that this would be a priority maintenance item! Technician comment on last visit 5 months earlier stated filter was "still clean" and not replaced. Needless to say we will be finding another company to do our maintenance from now on."

"Let me start by saying that this was not an easy experience. Our furnace is not easily accessible in the crawlspace. However, Ernie and his son handled it well. I originally hired Ernie because we wanted a furnace tune-up. Just a simple replace the filter and do a quick cleanup procedure. Well...as it turned out, we ended having to replace almost the entire system as Ernie quickly discovered that the previous install was done in a very shoddy, cheap and even dangerous manner. Ernie worked with us through the purchase and finance process and afterwards, he and his son worked late into the nights to get our furnace up and running. It took a few tries and even some additional visits back, but Ernie was true to his word and the job was done right. Would highly recommend this business. Hard to find people with integrity, knowledge and also hard work ethic. 10/10 would recommend. "
