"My dad is elderly and needed a new HVAC system. So I decided to find a person who could install a new HVAC system and we found Cody. Cody was very friendly, honest, and communicated very well. At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"Had maintenance contract with Absolute to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing twice a year. On recent maintenance visit A/C condensation line was found to be clogged due to "dirt getting into the system from lack of filter maintenance". Cost $329 to clean line which was not covered under contract (and seems a bit excessive!!). Was told filter replacement was not covered in maintenance contract. Seems to me that this would be a priority maintenance item! Technician comment on last visit 5 months earlier stated filter was "still clean" and not replaced. Needless to say we will be finding another company to do our maintenance from now on."

"So I've just sold my home in Lakewood and the Technicians at Time have come to repair a furnace motor and correct an code violation in my electrical panel that the city missed when I stalled 4 years ago. Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. "Let me start by saying that this was not an easy experience. Our furnace is not easily accessible in the crawlspace. However, Ernie and his son handled it well. I originally hired Ernie because we wanted a furnace tune-up. Just a simple replace the filter and do a quick cleanup procedure. Well...as it turned out, we ended having to replace almost the entire system as Ernie quickly discovered that the previous install was done in a very shoddy, cheap and even dangerous manner. Ernie worked with us through the purchase and finance process and afterwards, he and his son worked late into the nights to get our furnace up and running. It took a few tries and even some additional visits back, but Ernie was true to his word and the job was done right. Would highly recommend this business. Hard to find people with integrity, knowledge and also hard work ethic. 10/10 would recommend. "

"My water heater had gone out and called and called around trying to get quotes and big company’s were trying to schedule in person quotes which I know is a strong arm to get the work done then and there because they are already at your house ect. But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! They gave me their quote(2300$) which also beat all the company’s(3k$+) I had heard from! They had a tech out to me ASAP. It almost could’ve been same day but I was in no rush. Hunter came in and did it all him self of removal of old and installing new in just two hours! They are great to work worth and will definitely recommend and go to again."

"Viking had serviced my furnaces and air conditioners in the past. Price was a little high but work was satisfactory. This year, I called four times and used their web site over a six week period to try to schedule a service appointment for the air conditioners. Although I was always told their scheduler would get back to me they never did. A big waste of my time and past money trying to establish a service relationship I could count on. I gave them a "D": rather than an "F" as their call service at least answered all though that was it."

They are experienced, reliable, see the big picture, have great ideas and approach challenges as opportunities for solutions. They constantly demonstrated integrity and persistence. They have excellent subcontractors who do painstakingly great work—on time, safety conscious and adaptable. It was a painless project and the end result is perfect."
