Many neighbors and passers by have said what an amazing job they did. We agree! Painted our big front porch and our light fixtures too! We were going to buy new ones — now no need! Like brand new also. That alone saved about $800!! Cannot say enough about how great it all looks. They also worked on a flood issue on our stairwell landing for us last year. Carlos Palomino is the very best when it comes to remodeling. He originally register his company as a handyman. Very quickly people learned that his craftsmanship was the very best. He went from being a handyman to building bran new homes in no time. The difference is he is not going to sub a lot of work out; he is able to do most things himself. Having a general contractor on the job gives you not only excellence but you can count he is on time as well.

"We wanted a small deck. I had quotes from Lowes and another contractor. Gary responded quickly to my initial call and provided samples, pricing and suggested a design. He had the best price and wanted no money up front. He also worked with our town's building department to come to a final design they would approve. From the time of final approval, the crew started work within a reasonable timeframe and took about a week. The deck looks good and feels solid. As Gary advised the darker colors really do get hot, even if there's just late afternoon sun. A bit of a downside: if you need minor adjustments/corrections and you're not in an area he usually works in, there is a wait for a crew to be in your area to address."

"Steve and his team were punctual, professional and highly meticulous. Every wall and ceiling was prepped, sanded and patched, with the utmost care, before painting. There was a sand-based faux finish throughout the house that we wanted removed. We had consulted with several other painters before selecting Landis Painting, and the others did not know how to handle the faux finish or said it would be time consuming and very expensive to remove. Steve and the team handled it very well, using a special sanding machine that captures the dust so no tarping is required. Steve consulted knowlegeably on other painting issues too, and investigated best products for the specific job at hand (painting fireplace stone and exterior brick). Steve cares about the long term durability of his paint job and wants you to get value for what you pay. He is highly communicative and consultative throughout his team’s time at your home. I would use Landis painting again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. Full five stars for Steve, Selso and Wilson!!!"
