They washed the windows inside and out and cleaned the screens. They also cleaned the roof of sticks and leaves (being nearly flat, it collects a lot of stuff) and cleaned off the gutter guards as well. Clean windows is no small thing! And it keeps my husband off the ladder--on terra firma!"

Following day I was raking for Halloween party and found another shard. They should have told us the window broke on removal and be careful. We had small children for Halloween party and worried. They were efficient and did high-quality work. The following day, son Ryan returned with a co-worker, equipped to replace glass on the remaining upper windows. Everyone was friendly, professional, and diligent. They clearly care about the quality of their work--and they were great about wearing protective foot gear and masks, and cleaning up…so that once they left, there was nothing for me to do but enjoy the windows. A neighbor, the president of my association, had one window replaced in her house. She said she would give Trustworthy an A+. I wholeheartedly concur!"

"I had a solartube installed in my garage, in a corner that is always dark. I learned about the company after a friend suggested getting a solartube, and I often saw the company at the State Fair each year, with specials. The company's special was a free nightlight in the solartube, for low-level lighting at nighttime, and cost of the solartube could then be used as an energy credit on income tax. The crew of two arrived on time, and was finished in an hour or so. It went very smoothly and I was pleased with the end result. A few months after installation, I noticed that there was no light at night, and a company rep explained that either there wasn't enough daylight for the solar powered battery to recharge, or there was something wrong with the battery. I'll wait until springtime to determine which it is."
