"It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. "Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.

He and his crew showed up promptly at 8 am and immediately began to move furniture and fixtures to a safe area and then covered everything with plastic. They laid down tarp cloths"

"BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door. My door was closing perfectly in half an hour! This quick fix gave me time to address some repairs I had thought out of reach of this coupon. In short, within my 2 hours, my handyman had patched a crack in my concrete steps and in the driveway (using a mix I had on hand as well as some materials he had in his truck), moved my air conditioner to the basement, and performed many tasks that single women call “please move this and put it there”. All of this performed with courtesy and skill. Myriad Handyman Services has certainly earned my loyalty. Instead of filling up my time with an overkill fix of my door, my money could be spent on a list of other little things that needed to be done. Bravo, Myriad Handyman Services! Well done!"

"Project is beautiful. Porch is tiered and angles into the yard perfectly and matches a deck they built for us last summer. They also installed pavers and hauled away an old shed. Frank Winters is easy to talk to and has good sound ideas. He also is very responsive and communicates well when changing times or schedule. He has now completed 3 large projects for us and we will definitely be calling him in the fall to install new windows. He is very, very good...."
