"Excellent work and courteous service"

"The service went well. I got a good deal on the units. The installation was complicated, but went very well. They were really good about accommodating my needs for the installation. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they are extremely vigilant about their money. In order to pay with a credit card, they said I needed to pay 2-3 days before the installation so that the payment would process before the installation took place. I agreed to pay them with a check after the installation was done. The installation took until around 5:30, but the salesman showed up at around 3:30 asking for the check."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "The good things:
1) they showed up on time
2) installed working equipment
3) came back in the spring to finish connecting the a/c
The bad things:
1) Not once did they respond after the 1st call; it always took 2, 3, or more messages to get a response
2) Put the air filter in a spot where it's inaccessible. Already-existing vent pipes block access to the air filter, so I have to buy two half-sized filters and squeeze them in.
3) The owner called my husband "schnookums". Totally perplexing ... and completely unprofessional.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"The workers were great about explaining what they would do and asked what I wanted - I was pleased and impressed by that part of my experience.  However, they badly marked my basement steps dragging out the old furnace and they did not realize that my thermostat was not compatible with the new furnace.  To their credit, when I discovered this and called they came out and installed a new programmable to replace mine at no cost, which I greatly appreciate. "
