"Wonderful experience having Kettle Moraine H&AC service our central air conditioner. Matt arrived on time, explained service needed so we could easily understand what needed to be done, and was an absolute joy to have as our technician. Highly recommended and will be a long time customer of KM H&AC!"

"Very pleased with our new air conditioner installation. The salesman was very nice and explained everything to my satisfaction. The installers were efficient and knowledgeable as well. They showed up exactly on time and were finished earlier than I expected. Work areas were cleaned up, inside and out. Not even any metal shavings in the grass where the new ducting was cut. One of the nice gentlemen even explained the new thermostat they installed. I highly recommend Southport Home Services."

"Shane was able to schedule a prompt appointment. He arrived on time and performed a thorough diagnostic on the furnace. He identified an issue I was unaware of and corrected the problem with the air conditioner using parts that were still under warranty. I will gladly use his services again."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Absolutely a great company to work with from all aspects. We had a large project to replace both the furnace and central AC systems, and also replace the main ductwork to create separately controlled ‘zones’ for the first and second floors. With the old system the second floor was always too hot in the summer. Through research on my own I had already decided on the highest level Bryant ‘Evolution’ units for both the furnace and AC and for the new zone control. The project was too large for the contractor we had been using to service the old units, so the search was on for a factory authorized Bryant dealer to install the new system. The choice of Square One was easy. Steve the owner came for the estimate, super knowledgeable about everything with the Evolution system including the details of the zone controls, and he prepared the proposal for us on the spot. I had originally intended to go through the usual hassle of getting at least three estimates, but I already had a ball park idea on the cost from my own research and after meeting with Steve there was no need to look any farther. Also we had a special request to relocate the intake/exhaust pipes of the old system to a difficult new location because we didn’t like where they exited on the side of the house, and Steve was happy to accommodate the request. I thought early September would be a good choice for the installation since would we probably would not need either the AC or furnace during the construction, but as bad-luck would have it a hot and humid wave of weather came right at the start date. Since the project was large it ran across four days and our crew of Jeremy and Josh did an outstanding job of minimizing the time that the AC was down, and gave us frequent updates on how things were going. They called every day when they were on the way, always came on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and super neat and orderly with all of the piping, ductwork, wiring and general work area. Co-owner Lee and Shaw came to finish up the intake/exhaust (on a Saturday) and did a fantastic job also. Also they prepared all of the paperwork for the multiple rebates that were included, and Erika and Mary in the office are always friendly and super responsive in answering our questions. The Bryant Evolution system has been great also, the hot and humid week turned out to be a good test for it and it performed excellently. The house has never been so comfortable upstairs prior to this system, and the new ‘dehumidify-only’ mode is great for the humid days without high temperature. Overall working with Square One was fantastic and greatly exceeded our expectations. They have all of our HVAC business from now on and we would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "Excellent work, they really took their time to do the work right. Even when they uncovered another issue, they took care of it. I highly recommend All Star Installations"

"Brent Snow, with Absolute Comfort HVAC did a very thorough job when I had to deal with him to replace my air conditioner/heating system for my home. He has great customer service, and he seemed like he really cared, and he is just an overall down to earth kind of guy. I would recommend him to anybody in need of heating or air service for their home."
