We had an initial plan but then discovered additional damage after the old tiling was taken out. Wesley came back with a very budget-conscious proposal and was able to finish the job in a timely manner, with plenty of attention to detail to make sure we were left with an excellent finished product. "To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
