"I hired Deck Armor to stain my existing deck, which is approximately 400 sq w/a staircase and small landing. I had previously stained the deck myself on an annual basis w/a semi-transparent stain. The semi-transparent stain never held up and would always look terrible about 6 months later. I hired Deck Armour to wash, sand, and stain my deck with a solid stain and could not be happier. They were exceptionally clean and addressed all my concerns. I opted for the "delux" package, which consisted of two coats of primer and a single coat of paint, in the hopes it will last as long as they tell me. It was not cheap but well worth it if I get years of enjoyment out of my deck w/o having to sand and stain it myself!"

They wore protective booties to keep my carpet clean, were very careful with their ladders, and were polite, courteous, and respectful. "The end result was very good indeed. In addition to doing a nice job with my large deck (which was a mess) and its furniture, they cleaned the sidewalk and our front porch. We did have a moment of concern when rain cancelled our original appointment; because they were booked up all that week (and we had an outdoor party planned for the weekend), the proprietor had to fit in our cleaning between other appointments. He promised me that the cleaning would be done that week, and was true to his word."

"I called Chris to pressure wash my paver patio and two walkways as there was a lot of dirt and moss between the pavers. I hadn't cleaned them in a few years and not applied new polymeric sand. Chris was very responsive came out quickly to estimate the job. While we talked he offered that he could do the sand as well as clean the pavers (win for me - one less thing to do!) I was on his schedule in a little more than 1 week, he came and washed the pavers, and while he was there I realized a small concrete step I had needed cleaning too. He said he had noticed it and was going to do that as well included in the cost. He had to wait for the patio to dry, so came back the next day and dropped off the bags of sand. Because there were bad storms predicted, he decided to come back when he would have better weather. Two days later he came by and completed the sanding and it looks like the day it was installed. He also does window washing which I am interested in. $10/window inside and out including cleaning the screens. His window guy is on vacation this week but will contact me when he returns."
