"Joe Oakes was great from start to finish - he came out and did an estimate for us, explained what type of materials they would use, etc. He then sent us photos of what it would look like. My husband and I went back and forth on color options of the deck materials several times and Joe was very patient with us and helped by giving his opinion. The day of the installation was a breeze - Joe and his team showed up first thing in the morning and finished the entire deck by end of day! They also acquired the permit and submitted the permit application on their own - which we found to be a huge plus and a very rare service, not provided by any other deck installer's that we received quotes from. Although the overall job was good, I give the company a C for quality for several reasons; there are some electrical wires still hanging from the roof or laying on the lawn from the siding job, and after only 4 months my new driveway has a crack that needs to be addressed.
