He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He installed a new capacitor, checked the charge and other points of inspection. He then waited to be assured that the unit was performing properly. The bill was a little over $300; we were pleased with the price and the work. The unit is performing better than before the capacitor died. We will definitely call Ashworth when we need service again."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Seems like every summer for the past 5-6 years we've had issues with our AC. The companies we've had work on them have only provided a solution for each year. This time we contacted Wilson Mechanical Services through Home Advisor. They spent 3 hours repairing our system probably the way it should have been repaired instead of just enough to get by. Their price was very reasonable. They also gave us a price to move our AC units to another location that is $900.00 cheaper than another company we contacted! That's a lot of money to save!! "Roger Prevette and his employees saved me from a real life emergency by coming to my aid during this electrical outage, never leaving me and doing everything even going above and beyond what you would normally expect from a contractor. As an owner of the company Mr. Prevette did not have to be there during my troubles, but he is a person that cares about the people that he serves and he stayed with me until final electrical inspection was completed, the power company came to reconnect my service and my whole home generator was repaired and ready for my use whenever a power failure occurs. His whole company is very professional and willing to do the best job possible. If you need any of the services that he provides, give him a call and I am sure you will be absolutely overjoyed and the service that you get. He even offered to go get his personal generator and hook it up for me if we were unable to get the other sources back into operation. To me this man is a hero."
