And I'm sure I got the better deal out of it, Mike is most reasonably priced and worked with me on payment."

"I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I have had to fix and paint some trim but Paul said at the time that he and his crew do not paint and that I should expect to have to do some painting where they had to tear out the baseboards. So we paid $7,300 for new windows the work took place on 8/30/2018. I paid him in full because I needed to go out of town. I told Mr. Ward about the window that would not lock he said he would take care of it just let me know when you are back, I needed one window to be adjusted and a towel rack. I text him and told him it was okay to come over, he said he would be there the following week, I felt confidence that he was going to do just that. (THAT NEVER HAPPENED ) What happened to people doing the right thing? I wanted to get what I paid for. I just want the window to work properly- obviously I was asking too much. Never give all the money until you are satisfied. I would not have felt so bad if it wasn't my sister's money. She trusted me to hire a professional and reputable person to do the job.
