"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "I’ve had several projects with Unique Construction and my experiences have been very positive. David the owner is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Dave listens and discusses the different options and outcomes for the job. He cares and works with you to navigate to get you to what you want. Dave has really gone above and beyond for me. I also can’t say enough about the crew, they are professional, punctual, they work really well together and they keep the work site clean. Having work done in your home is not something anyone looks forward to but these guys really make it a good experience. The quality and workmanship is top notch. After my first time working with Unique I was amazed at the results. I thought to myself wow this came out great, much better than what I was expecting. Now after working with Unique several times and knowing the level of work these guys do –they still far exceed my expectations time and again. It’s obvious these guys care about the work they do. They will be doing a large home extension for me soon and I can’t wait to begin- now who says that about home construction! If you are on the fence about going with these guys don’t be. "In early April 2025, my wife and I purchased a home in Cochecton, NY. Although, it was in immediate move in condition, as always, there an issue that needs to be taken care of. For one of those issues, we reached out to Angi’s list, in in about 30 seconds, we received a call from Wilson Gomez, and in about 45 seconds, he was in our basement. We discussed the issue at hand, and to our surprise, Wilson thought it was not an issue, hence, he was about to leave, obviously without a job. We then asked him about the basement floor, which was then all concrete. What happened next was a conversion, from just a regular concrete floor to a beautiful, laminated floor, plus the encasement of our boiler system, and HVAC. This job was done over a span of two days. And we overly satisfied, with the entire project. We then had him construct an outdoor vegetable garden structure, to protect our potential vegetables from the neighborhood deer’s. Wilson deserves a "AAA", rating."

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things.
