Tommy explained the process for both issues. They did not have a sump pump on the truck so they completed the job with the radon fan and scheduled another date for the sump pump. The front office wasn't as great. We had to schedule a follow up visit because the initial install wasn't going to work. Unfortunately they never put me on the schedule the second time. So my install day came and went but we didn't hear anything from Swat. I calle the next day and no one knew what I was talking about. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods.
