"I had an EXCELLENT experience with Comfort By Design (Hudson location) starting with Aaron who came out to give me a quote on replacing my Furnace/AC to the guys that installed it all. Aaron thoroughly explained all of my options and provided me an estimate right then and there. He communicated with me very promptly on any questions I had when I was deciding what to get. Everything he said (quietness, quality, what was included in the price, etc) was exactly what he promised. The guys who installed it both knew what they were doing, were very professional and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. They also were there exactly when they said they would be.
Comfort by Design is very reasonable and left me feeling good knowing what I spent my money on! My only regret is wasting time getting 3 other quotes. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

"We went with replacement furnace and central air. I called on a Monday, and they asked if I wanted it installed on Wednesday! Very nice looking installation. The guys (installers and office people) were very courteous. I've already recommended them to my Mother and Father-in-law for adding central air to their existing furnace, which has been completed already. Looks like they did a nice job on that one too. Don't be the least bit concerned about going with these guys. I give them an A+ on both jobs. THANKS BOLDT'S!!!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
