They are a most professional team regardless of who you talk with and the duo on site with construction has given us a beautiful addition to our home."

"They were at least very diligent about calling me, which is more than I can say for most contractors who either didn't call at all , or never showed up and never provided an estimate."

"We contacted Greg at Omnipro to have pavers added to an existing backyard patio. Greg was great to deal with and his recommendation of which pavers to select was spot on. The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. Highly recommend."

"Mike, Alan and the entire crew were very professional and did an excellent job. This project was a Storm damage restoration and remodeling of a 10x 20 feet workshop on my detached garage. A large tree had fallen and crushed the roof and damaged the walls of the shop. It included removing all equipment and storage from the workshop, demolition of the roof and 3 walls, building new walls, framing of the roof over the shop, replacing damaged roof sheathing on the main garage. Also, the entire garage roofing was replaced. 30 x 25 feet. Additionally, a new window was installed and new siding on the shop area as well. The new roof was built with an overhang facia and soffit. A custom workbench was built as well as floor mounted cabinets and a laminate countertop. My small lathe and drill press were remounted on the new workbench. All work was top notch. The workshop also had to be totally rewired with ample receptacles and lighting and a ceiling mounted space heater. Great job and I am pleased and highly recommend Richardson Contracting. Besides doing a great job on the garage workshop, Mike and Alan were extremely helpful in getting the insurance company to cover the cost of the restoration work."

"â ¢ Dylan developed a very thorough and detailed contract including timeline. He spent a significant amount of time determining our requirements asking clarifying questions. His knowledge of the business provided us with excellent new ideas as well as suggestions in avoiding pitfalls in our plans. â ¢ Dylanâ s cost and time estimates were spot on; there were not any overages or shortages. He started on time and finished the project as expected. There were not any surprises in the daily activities. â ¢ Dylan has a variety of excellent skills: o drywall installing, finishing and painting; o hanging and painting new doors; o cutting and installing door and window trim; and, baseboard and shoe molding; o the Armstrong drop ceiling system is beautiful; and, o a new bedroom was framed in, including a set of built-in shelves and a closet. The bedroom had additional sound-deadening insulation installed above the drop ceiling. â ¢ Dylanâ s work and attention to detail was meticulous: o miter cuts were clean; o there were three costs of paint: primer and two coats of all colors; and, o all finishes were smooth without any gaps. â ¢ All work areas were kept clean and tools organized."

"I had just moved back to Pittsburgh from Florida. I missed my sunroom. I had a sunroom on my previous home in Pittsburgh and the home in Florida. As soon as I saw this porch on my new home, I knew exactly what I was going got do. I found Pro Sunroom, a qualified, pre-screened sunroom contractor on the Internet and I saw good reviews. I knew that I wanted something that I could use all year long, so I chose their Four Season Plus. The sunroom was designed and constructed to look just like part of the home. No one even knows that it is an addition. The installation crew was very professional, they show up on time, paid attention to all of the details and cleaned up every day and they finished the job precisely on time. Pro Sunroom did exactly what they said they would and when they said would do it. They even came to do a quality control inspection after the sunroom was finished. I am totally satisfied with Pro Sunroom!"
