"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"We had a phone call and he actually helped me figure out that I might need a plumber instead of HVAC repair. Mark was very courteous and so helpful! If we do end up needing to go back to him I will definitely call for them to make a visit."

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Victor recently replaced my home AC unit. I have been using his services for many years. I have found his prices to be reasonable and the quality of his work superb. He does the work, not an apprentice or a new grad that you get with many other places. He has also always been quick to respond to emergencies, never longer than the next day."

"This Company is top notch! They quickly responded to my urgent message in regard to no heat in the house and had the service guy arrive to the door right after completing another job. They were very professional and did the repair in no time and price quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged for the service. We will definitely call this Company again for any boiler repairs. Thank you!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"PandaHvac was right on the spot with expedited service. The two technicians, Sam and Vlad were extremely pleasant to work with and VERY knowledgeable and helpful answering any and every questions we had."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking person was prompt and knowledgeable. The service guys were professional and highly competent. They cleaned a very dirty, long and twisty duct expertly and thoroughly, as well as the interior ducts in the dryer. They suggested a replacement of a section of ducting that was crushed and in bad repair, they didnâ t push the point but suggested it for next time, but I asked them to do it then, which they did and the extra charge was very reasonable."

"I recently had an electric boiler/radiant heating system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the work was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand my options, and made sure the system was installed the right way. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. The installation was clean, organized, and completed without any issues. Since the system was installed, the heat in my home has been amazing—very even, quiet, and comfortable. No more cold spots, and everything runs efficiently. It’s made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was their reliability and communication. They showed up when they said they would, kept me updated, and made the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install or upgrade their heating system. Great work, honest service, and quality you can trust."
