"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"They did an excellent job repairing my kitchen lights and exhaust fan. Their work was professional, efficient, and high-quality. I’m very satisfied with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional work!"

"Prompt response to our inquiry and showed up the next day to make the repair."

"Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need.
He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction."

"Gunderson appliances were incredibly polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family and I definitely plan to use them again in the future. Thanks GUNDERSON!"

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

"Gary was available early Saturday morning after a call for refrigerator repair Friday evening. He was right on time in adverse weather conditions. He was able to find the problem and repair it quickly and easily. I highly recommend him."

"Larry Swanson of Appliance Repair Service was punctual, knew how to repair appliance components without replacing them; therefore, saving me money. I would recommend him."
