He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

"Overall, very well. Mike is a very nice, capable, honest guy in all respects. I did a major remodel of our master bath room in a high-end home and it came out excellent. The carpentry-finish work was particularly well done and the entire bathroom looks exceptional. My only complaint was they crew was very messy and did not prepare the house well for the project, that caused some issues, but Mike acknowledged the problem and said he learned from it, and I believe that was the case. Overall, it was quality work well done at a fair price with no games, no gimmicks. That far outweighed the issues of prep-cleaning for me."

"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"My experience was okay eventually but not great initially. They came out to measure and they measured incorrectly. The day they came to deliver, it was not correct and then they end up cracking part of it and had to go find another slab. They were supposed to be done in one day and it took them two days. That was the countertop. Then, they cut the backsplash incorrectly. The seams were not great so they had to come back another day to recut it and do a better seam. They came back another day because the person they hired to hook up the plumbing under the sink could not get it hooked up so there was a leak. So, they came to my house for a total of five times. I would tell others to make sure to double check the measurements and to confirm with them what is going to be done on the day of service because the other issue they had was the guy came out to measure for the backsplash and the counter and when they showed up, they did not have the backsplash. There was some miscommunication about what the install day for the backsplash. So just confirm that your things measures, that everything is confirmed date, and make sure they have a certified plumber. I come to find the guy that was doing the plumbing was not truly a plumber. He was just somebody who happens to do it for them. They eventually got a certified plumber to fix everything. I think I would use them again in the future. I have used them many times in the past. It was just that this time was very bad."
