"Called and got an estimate the same day no problems; note that quoting here isn't very formal but it was fine for the work they did and payment a breeze so good for me. The job then went fine - the masonry part of the job adding to the wall was well done (a little light on the clean up but nothing awful, just know ahead of time that you won't have a pristine job site). The pillars they added by the gate look OK and seem structurally sound but may have been slightly off in measurement for the gate, then their attempt at re-hanging of the gate was somewhat botched but they also didn't balk when I told them to stop attempting it and just not charge me for that. They actually told me up front this was something they normally didn't do so it is partially my fault for going ahead with it. The price seemed reasonable for the work. If I had another straightforward masonry job I would consider hiring them again."

"It was wonderful! I will work with Alfredo for almost everything in the future. He does a wide array of work and with professionalism and courtesy. I loved the team he brought with him too. Great guys and really pleasant to work with. They all did such a wonderful job for me. What I particularly liked was how Alfredo went above and beyond. We were going to do pavers ourselves to both create a gazebo area and extend the patio. He offered to add the pavers in and barely charged anything more for it! On top of that, he poured concrete for the patio and again...didn't charge additional! I wasn't originally intending to do concrete because of the cost involved, so this was such a fantastic surprise! He also far undercut every other quote that I had, so it allowed me to do a few extra things that I didn't think I could afford. He also did some other little extras like fabric under the rock and a beautiful stone paver edge around the grass. It all looks great! By pure happenstance, he was at the house when we had a plumbing issue. I called a plumber and the price I was quoted was astronomical! Alfredo said he did plumbing also and could do it for me for around half of the other quote! PLUS he fixed some other plumbing issues in the process! I can't praise this man enough or the people who work for him. There are a couple of follow up issues yet to address, but again, I would recommend him over and over. I'm very happy with the work he did for me!"

The individuals who tore off the old roof and installed the new metal roof were on time and went straight to work, kept everything picked up and clean at the end of each day. anytime i had questions Louis was available to answer them in a professional manner. "Tree roots had lifted the wall to where it was cracked in several places and literally had finally fallen down in one section.  Rigid Masonry cleared all of the debris, redesigned and rebuilt the wall (and installed a steel plate about 2" above the root).  I did not contract them to repaint the wall.  I'm very happy with the results.  The crew was incredibly friendly and did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.  So far there have been no issues.  I'm sure I could have paid less with another company but I really don't think a lower price would have gotten me a properly built, structurally sound wall.  The expense was well worth it and I strongly urge those who have masonry needs to give them a call.
