(Almost a MIRACLE these days!!) He listened carefully to everything I needed done, provided knowledgeable suggestions, and made careful notes for necessary information. His crew was polite, friendly, efficient and careful! I was SO IMPRESSED!!!! The price was in line with landscaping costs. (Not necessarily cheap, but not out of line with everything that was done). I can’t say enough good things about our experience! I am COMPLETELY pleased and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. "Great Experience. Innovative Garages provide a trailer to store garage items while work was being done. They arrived promptly and resurfaced the floor with a grit blasting machine and then patched several small cracks. All three coats were applied in one day. The finished floor looks wonderful."

"We gutted our kitchen and completely remodeled it.  We chose Innovative for our new cabinets.  Everything went very smoothly and on time.  We are very happy with them.  Absolutely love the draws in the island for plates and dishes.  We chose a very complicated finish on our cabinets.  We had a couple of doors that had minor issues in the finish.  Innovative refinished them with no issues.  They stand behind their product and that was important to us.

The build out went on schedule as we had great weather. As changes were identified during construction any issues were brought to my attention immediately so that we could decide on what was the correct approach. Greg was challenged to find an old style of brick for the outside base of the extension but was able to locate it and get it installed. His team was meticulous in the outside design to match the character of my home.? Once painted you cannot tell that anything was added.? All aspects of the buildout was completed as per the contract and per the schedule.? I would definitely work with Greg again on any building or remodeling projects."
