"I bought a roof-cleaning deal from America's Best, for our Spanish-tile roof. When the America's Best showed up, they went on the roof and told us  they could not do it; the pressure washer would be too strong for our tiles. Fair enough. I asked how we could use the purchased "deal" and they said they could clean the gutters. The cost now amplified to more than double the "deal", although we don't have gutters everywhere. They sprayed out the horizontal gutters but did not clean the vertical drain pipes, saying they couldn't, leaving us in the same place we were when we started. I like it if, when we undertake a job, it is a total one. This was not. I would not recommend America's Best.
