At no point were we ever worried or uninformed about what was happening. We will definitely be using them again when we get to remodeling our bathrooms!"

Thanks to his concern, I was able to repair the frame myself (a small tab had slipped out of the frame). I had no idea that I could remove the windows so easily. I had been fighting with removing the screens for cleaning for years! Scott saved the day! He went out of his way to help me. He didn't have to do this, as his company specializes in restoration of older windows and mine are vinyl.
