They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option. "Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."
